Countryside Stewardship Applications

Farmland with body of water for re-wildingImage

Countryside Stewardship (CS) provides financial incentives for farmers, woodland owners, foresters, and land managers to look after and improve the environment, from restoring wildlife habitats and creating woodlands, to managing flood risk. It is a competitive process, and applications are scored against local targets, so selecting the right options, including which tier to choose, is important.

Our experienced agricultural team at BIP can walk you through the application process, step-by-step, to help you develop a strong application and ensure the best chance of securing funding, benefitting your farm business and the environment.

This service includes:

    • Detailed overview of the Countryside Stewardship Scheme and its requirements
    • Guidance throughout the process to identify and choose the most suitable funding streams, including tier, wildlife offers and capital grants.
    • Compiling and completing all necessary information for submission.
