Creating a Manageable Marketing Plan
This jargon-free workshop will guide you through creating a marketing plan that’s effective and easy to put into action.
There’s no too-good-to-be-true promises or expensive, complicated tech. Simple stuff can be the most effective, and it’s definitely a great place to start – so that’s exactly what we’ll do.
Marketing is a massive subject area but you don’t need to do it all at once – so first we’ll outline the various stages, to help you overcome any overwhelm.
Then we’ll focus on the fundamentals, to give you a strong foundation to build all your marketing activities on.
Finally, we’ll put together a plan that gives you a straightforward structure for those activities, setting you on the right path with clarity on what to do and the confidence to actually do it.
The workshop is for all start-ups and small business owners, who are doing everything themselves and feeling stuck in a marketing muddle.
During the last half an hour of the workshop session there will be an opportunity for peer to peer networking and general discussion.
Meet the Speaker: Clair Wellsbury-Nye
“I love helping small business owners do what they do, better. After a 20+ year career in marketing, I launched my own business – and it didn’t get off to a flying start…
No-one gives you a handbook (as you know!), so I spent far too long building my business, finding my audience, changing my offer, and changing it again! I knew what I wanted, I just didn’t know how to get there.
Sounds familiar? Don’t worry.
I’ve learned a lot – some from experience, some from world-leading experts – and I’ve nailed all this stuff now. So, you can too. And with my help, you can get there a lot quicker than I did!”
