Looking at the many small & micro businesses; sole traders and SME’s we are blessed to have in the Southwest and realised that there aren’t many options here for affordable help with improving customer experience for businesses.
Most consultancies are geared towards the larger, more corporate businesses and there is undoubtedly a huge market for that, but with these projects come large price tags, which means the are completely unviable for most small business.
My aim is to offer help to make your business thrive.
