Mid Devon Green Enterprise Grants
Mid Devon Council have launched a scheme that offers capital grants ranging from £500 to £5,000, covering up to 50% of eligible project costs.
The scheme is open to small and medium-sized businesses seeking to reduce their carbon footprint and achieve savings in greenhouse gas emissions, either by investing in energy efficiency and renewable energy, or by reducing the use of resources and materials. Projects should be fast to deliver and ready to go, and must have a maximum project budget of £25,000.
Eligible projects could be initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and minimise carbon emissions, such as energy-efficient lighting, low-energy heating systems, high-efficiency machinery or equipment, and renewable energy generation.
Applications are open until 31st December 2025, though the scheme may close early if all funds are allocated, so it's wise to submit your application as early as possible.
