The theme of December’s webinar is the cost of living. \nDecember’s guest speakers: \nDavinia Allbrook\, Recovery Practitioner from Step One Charity\nDee will be covering topics surrounding sleeplessness\, motivation\, and managing fatigue. \nMartin Rich\, from Energy Outreach Project at Devon Communities Together\nDevon Communities Together\, working with Citizens Advice\, gives valuable energy-saving advice about what help is available and resources that people can use to help themselves and each other. Our presentations encourage people to share ideas and become ambassadors for their community\, and our advice to reduce energy bills can save them up to £550 per year according to Citizens Advice’s efficiency statistics. \nClaire Searle\, Locality Manager for South Somerset CC\nClaire manages the Village Agents across Somerset which provides a range of support to individuals\, including advice on health & wellness\, cost of living\, safety and community support. \n  \n\n\nEligibility\nThis project is being delivered in Cornwall\, Devon\, Dorset\, and Somerset as part of the Future Farming Resilience programme\, funded by DEFRA to support farmers and land managers.
