Food and drink provided!\n\n\nJoin us at The Wilsey Down Pub on 10th December for our Future Farming Resilience Wellbeing Workshop for farmers. \nSarah Counter from Land to Sea\, known for working with agricultural businesses\, will deliver a talk about how we can work together to challenge stigmas and increase awareness of wellbeing\, to not only look after ourselves\, but those around us. Themes will include exploring the difference between compassion and empathy\, what role our emotions play and how to build resilience. \nTo add to this topic\, we will also be joined by RABI\, who support farming people through practical\, financial and emotional assistance\, as well as a speaker from the Farming Community Network (FCN). \nAll farmers and those who work with farmers are welcome.
