How often do you listen to the feedback from your body to check in on your own state of health and happiness? Do you sometimes override such feedback to achieve important work-based goals? What might the long-term costs be for you and your business if you override your body feedback?Positive Psychology supports people to build on what works to generate a good life. This workshop will be interactive. I am going to be asking you for feedback about what works for you\, what supports your well-being. \nDuring this session we will explore: \n\nPositive Emotions and how to cultivate them\nYour Strengths and how you use them for others and with others\nThe value of Relationship\nMeaning\, what matters most to you\nYour Goals for your best way forward\n\nThis is an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences\, discover ways in which you can continue to run with the challenges and accomplishments of managing your business without damaging your health.
