What the programme includes
One-to-one on-farm review
As part of our bespoke one-to-one support for each farm, we'll work with you to review:
- Your farm's soil structure and health in at least three locations
- Organic materials production and storage, where applicable
- Cropping cycles, focusing on high-risk crop and land combinations
- Riparian zones and their management
- What changes you could implement to improve farm business performance and reduce diffuse pollution.
Following your farm visit, you'll receive a comprehensive report with clear mapping, a description of actions discussed and signposting to capital funding that could help fund any recommended remedial measures, and agri-environmental schemes that could provide longer-term income for your farm.
Local workshops
Book your place on one of our collaborative, local workshops both online and in person where we will be covering a range of topics such as government changes, farm funding updates, succession planning, managing slurry, soil health, water pollution, productivity and maximising profits.
You can also stay up-to-date on new programmes, farm grants, and workshops by signing up to our email newsletter.Â
