Grants & Funded Programme Management

Our team brings decades of experience in managing funding programmes that make a real difference to local businesses and farming communities across the South West.

We have extensive knowledge of funding programme requirements, having successfully managed a range of funding streams, including European and Government funds such as ERDF, ESF, UK SPF, as well as local authority funding and grant funds.

Our established relationships with local and national partners mean we understand what works on the ground.

Data protection and governance
Our internal processes are fully compliant with GDPR, and we hold a current Cyber Essentials Accreditation, giving you confidence that sensitive business information is handled appropriately.

    Performance monitoring and issue resolution
We oversee both financial and operational delivery, identifying issues early and working with you to resolve them before they become problems.

    Stakeholder engagement
We manage relationships with funding recipients, local partners and programme stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the programme lifecycle.

    Evaluation and impact measurement
We design and implement robust evaluation frameworks using multiple methods and channels to demonstrate the real impact your funding is having on local businesses.
