Join us at M A Griggs Country Store on 26th November for our Future Farming Resilience Mental Health Workshop for farmers.
Sarah Counter from Land to Sea, known for working with agricultural businesses, will deliver a talk about how we can work together to challenge stigmas and increase awareness of wellbeing, to not only look after ourselves, but those around us. Themes will include exploring the difference between compassion and empathy, what role our emotions play and how to build resilience.
To add to this topic, we will also be joined by RABI, who support farming people through practical, financial and emotional assistance.
All farmers and those who work with farmers welcome, participate at your own level in networking and receive clear signposting to use at your will.
TEA, COFFEE AND PASTIES INCLUDED
