SFI26 offers farm owners and land managers an opportunity to support farm income through payments for land management actions that deliver environmental benefits.

Join us for this practical workshop, where we’ll cut through the detail and help you understand what SFI26 could mean for your farm and what you need to do now to get application-ready. We’ll cover:

• SFI26 eligibility — can you apply, and should you?
  We’ll look at the key eligibility criteria and help you understand whether SFI26 could be a good fit for your farm.
• How SFI26 fits alongside other funding agreements
  Understand how a new SFI26 agreement could interact with other funding and environmental agreements you may already have in place.
• How SFI26 works in practice
  We’ll explain what it means to enter into an SFI agreement, what you’ll be committing to, and the key scheme requirements you need to be aware of.
• Getting ready for your SFI26 application
  We’ll take you through the practical checks and preparations you can make now, including:
• What to check to make sure you’re ready and able to apply
• How to identify suitable SFI26 actions for your farm
• Key considerations when putting your application together

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of SFI26, whether it could work for your farm business, and the steps you can take now to get ready for Window 2.
