The health and well-being of your business relies upon your own health and well-being.
Perhaps you ask your clients for feedback on the quality of the product or service you provide. How often do you listen to the feedback from your body to check in on your own state of health and happiness? Do you sometimes override such feedback to achieve important work-based goals? What might the long-term costs be for you and your business if you override your body feedback?Positive Psychology supports people to build on what works to generate a good life. This workshop will be interactive. I am going to be asking you for feedback about what works for you, what supports your well-being.
